Availability

This tour takes place every day and was specially developed for hotel guests on the holiday Island of Koh Samui in Thailand. Unfortunately, there is no availability for Cruise Ship Passengers!

What to expect

Pick Up
Depending on your location, we will pick you up in an air-conditioned minibus or in a vehicle from the category "SUV" between 07:15 a.m. and 08:00 a.m. at your specified accommodation, and then guide you to the boat harbor in Nathon, in the west of Koh Samui. Step by step, all other participants are collected for this day tours until the entire travel group is completely together.

Boat Trip
Breakfast is served onboard the ship during the crossing to the Angthong National Marine Park. The ship leaves around 8:30 a.m. and arrives at Koh Wua Ta Lap island after an interesting 80-minute boat trip. Here you can either climb to the most breathtaking viewpoint in the Gulf of Thailand, snorkel in front of the island (inlcuding snorkel equipment), or simply relax on the beautiful white sandy beach. We will stay here for approximately 2 hours.

Lunch
Meanwhile, the generous freshly cooked buffet-style lunch (3 dishes) with fresh and seasonal salad and fruits is served for you on board. (Vegetarian food is available on request). You can enjoy the breathtaking view of the beauty of the marine park with its 42 island groups and the azure sea in different colors. Now you will have enough time to dine in this fantastic atmosphere.

Activity Koh Mae Koh
Close to the deserted island of Koh Mae Koh (mother island), we will anchor. From here you will be transported to the picturesque bay with a small dinghy. Here you have enough time to explore the beautiful emerald green Emerald Lagoon. Here you can walk on permanently installed wooden hiking trails or *optional for a fee explore the stunning coastlines by kayak. Choose your kayaking option while booking!

Back to Samui
Around 3:30 p.m. we will start to return the way back to the starting point on Koh Samui. If the sea is calm, we should arrive there around 5:00 p.m. Find a comfortable place on the spacious ship with a large sun deck and enjoy the great impressions, the unique nature, and the generally breathtaking view of the Gulf of Thailand. Whale sharks with young animals have often been sighted.

Drop Off
We will pick you up around 5:15 p.m. in an air-conditioned minibus or in a vehicle from the category "SUV" from the boat harbor in Nathon, and then guide you back to the accommodation you have deposited. Step by step, all other participants of the day tours will be dropped off until the entire tour group has completely reached their accommodations.

Your pick-up time

You will receive a booking confirmation as well as another email, including your final pick-up time, until 18:00 the day before your selected tour date! Please check the given information and show the email to the driver waiting for you at the general car park of your hotel or accommodation! If you have booked for tomorrow after 17:30, then you will receive your pick up time until 21:00!

More information

1. We recommend to bring your own towel, sturdy shoes for the ascent to the viewpoint on Koh Wua Talap.

2. Life jackets are on board for each participant (Pregnant women are not allowed to join the tour)

3. If the road to your accommodation is too steep or inaccessible, we will have to pick you up at a nearby alternative pick-up location, which you need to reach on your own. If this is the case, you will receive a Google Maps location link.

4. To be insured in case of an accident, passport information is required from each participant at the ticket counter.

5. Depending on the weather and traffic conditions, the program can be adjusted.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours before your selected tour date (ToS: § 3).

For a free cancellation, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your tour date.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your tour date, you must pay the full purchase amount.

If you do not reach the meeting point in time, the local operator is entitled to full payment.Any changes made by yourself on your tour date can not be accepted free of charge.

Well organised day out

The day was well organised start to finish. It was an inclusive experience, with various optionals - you could make it how you wanted. We covered a few great spots and the tour guides were very knowledgable. I recommend bringing some snacks with you as lunch is limited, especially if you are vegetarian. Free water provided but bring a bottle if you want to take it off the boat - or you can buy a bottle which is very reasonably priced.

Too many people on the boat

The staff were very friendly and their services were amazing, the lunch was delicious too. I felt there were way too many people on the boat, to the point where there wasn’t a table available for every person and it was not pleasant when I needed a table to eat lunch and I had to keep moving around. The locations were okay, the hiking trails were fun! Especially the cave one at the second location. It was low tide when we went so the visibility of the water was quite bad with nothing much to see. I would recommend maybe private boats if you don’t like the crowd.

booking was easy, pick up and return from the hotel was great. All as advertised and very good value for the price. we opt for the Kayak which in my view is worth it, but it so happened that most of the passages did kayak so there was a long line amd by the time we started kayaking the main group has already started and we did not hear any of the explanations. Lunch was good and it is recommended to take sea sickness pills before leaving and to seat on the Roof. the views from the top of the hill are fantastic. don't forget to bring good shows.

A wonderful day

We had a wonderdul day at Ang Thong National Park. We took kayaking option and it was great. We even saw dolphins ! The crew on board was very kind, they gave us explanations about the history of the marine park. Food was great. It's a tour to make absolutely !
